This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge, coupled with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket consists of a cast iron housing with a stainless steel face plate. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This unit handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and includes a 2" flange set. The standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements, while the replaceable bearing cartridge contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings to support long-term hydraulic performance within the system.
This unit is supplied less motor and includes a long motor bracket. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
