This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.35" nominal diameter impeller and a casing constructed from stainless steel. Internal components consist of a stainless steel impeller and shaft paired with a bronze wear ring. The unit includes a cast iron bracket with a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. This cartridge design isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. A mechanical seal assembly made with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers allows for operation at fluid temperatures reaching 250°F. The standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements while allowing for consistent service parts across the assembly.
This unit runs at 3/4 HP and 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure powered by 230/460V, 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
