This in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The construction uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, combined with a cast iron bracket. This unit meets NSF-61 standards and includes a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, suitable for operation at 250°F. The 7.9-inch nominal diameter impeller moves fluid through the system. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly holds the internal components, isolating the permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings from system fluid temperatures.
The unit has a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, paired with a 200-230/460V, 3PH, 60Hz power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
