This in-line pump includes a 1.5-inch suction and discharge connection along with a 5.75-inch nominal diameter impeller. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing and the impeller, while the construction includes a bronze wear ring for internal clearance. The pump has a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly housing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolate the bearings from system fluid temperatures. A stainless steel shaft transmits power to the impeller, while a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers manages fluid containment up to 250°F.
The motor has a 1/2 HP rating and operates at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure powered by 115/230V, 1PH electricity. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
