This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections along with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The unit includes a stainless steel casing, impeller, and shaft combined with a bronze wear ring for internal fluid handling. It uses a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The pump operates with a standard Type 21 mechanical seal assembly, which includes a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F while the standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies field maintenance requirements.
The assembly operates on a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM motor with a TEFC enclosure, configured for a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
