This in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge connections along with a 7.9" nominal diameter impeller. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, while the bracket consists of cast iron and the wear ring is bronze. Operation remains stable at temperatures up to 250°F. The assembly includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. It also has a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements for the equipment.
The 1.5 HP motor operates at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and a 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
