This in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge ports with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket use cast iron, while the impeller and shaft include stainless steel construction. It uses a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The pump has a mechanical seal assembly with a silicon carbide stationary seat, carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, allowing fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements.
The unit has a 1 1/2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure with a 200-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
