This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The construction uses stainless steel for the casing and impeller, while the bracket is cast iron and the wear ring consists of bronze. A replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings supports the stainless steel shaft. The unit uses a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This standardized arrangement simplifies routine maintenance requirements.
The unit has a 1/4 HP motor, 1750 RPM, TEFC enclosure, and a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
