This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections with a 4.75" nominal diameter impeller. The construction includes a stainless steel casing, stainless steel impeller, and stainless steel shaft, combined with a cast iron bracket and bronze wear ring for structural stability. It contains a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. A standard mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers manages fluid containment within the unit. The use of standardized components throughout the cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies field maintenance.
This unit has a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM TEFC motor configured for 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
