This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and a 1 1/2" discharge, paired with a 6.35" nominal impeller. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. A bronze face plate is included in the bracket assembly. The pump includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit uses a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, capable of handling temperatures up to 250°F.
The motor operates at 1/2 HP and 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, supplied by 115/208-230/60/1V power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
