This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge, coupled with a 4.90" nominal impeller diameter. The unit uses stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while the bracket uses cast iron. A mechanical seal assembly handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F, including a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. The replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, creating a cooler-running arrangement. Standardized components allow for common service parts throughout the unit, while the mechanical seal construction uses a standard Type 21 configuration.
The pump has a 1/2 HP motor running at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
