This in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge connections with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the impeller and shaft include stainless steel components. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. Inside the cartridge, permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings support rotational performance. The pump uses a Type 21 mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, EPT elastomers, and stainless steel spring and retainer components. This construction supports fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge arrangement allows for common service components, simplifying maintenance across the assembly.
The pump includes a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for a 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
