This in-line pump includes a cast iron casing and bracket combined with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The unit has 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge ports, along with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter. Service life is maintained with a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. The pump uses a mechanical seal assembly containing a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, which allows for operation in fluid temperatures reaching 300°F.
The motor has a 2 HP, 1750 RPM output in an ODP enclosure, compatible with 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
