This in-line pump uses stainless steel for the casing and impeller, combined with a bronze wear ring for hydraulic flow. It has a stainless steel shaft paired with a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the internal components from system fluid temperatures. The pump includes a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This configuration manages system temperatures up to 250°F. The 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge connections are built with standard port sizes for common piping configurations.
This unit runs on a 1 HP, 1750 RPM motor with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
