This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge with a 6.15-inch nominal impeller diameter. The unit uses a cast iron casing and bracket with a bronze face plate, a stainless steel impeller, and a stainless steel shaft. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, combined with a mechanical seal assembly containing a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The foot-mounted assembly maintains compatibility with standard system configurations while housing a standardized cartridge and seal arrangement to simplify maintenance.
The pump operates with a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 115/208-230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
