This in-line pump has a stainless steel casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft paired with a cast iron bracket. It uses 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections and a 4.75" nominal diameter impeller. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that separates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. This cartridge has permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings along with a stainless steel shaft. A mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers operates in fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The cartridge arrangement includes standardized components to simplify field service requirements.
The motor is a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM ODP unit powered by a 230/460V, 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
