This in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge connections. It uses cast iron for the casing and bracket, combined with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. The internal configuration includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearing assembly from system fluid temperatures. The unit also includes a stainless steel shaft paired with a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This construction handles system temperatures up to 250°F while maintaining a nominal impeller diameter of 6.15 inches.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure, configured for a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. With a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
