This in-line pump uses 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections to handle system fluid at temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a stainless steel casing and impeller paired with a cast iron bracket and bronze wear ring. Internal architecture consists of a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings and a stainless steel shaft. A mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers seals the rotating components. This construction maintains hydraulic consistency within a compact housing that supports the 6.35" nominal impeller diameter.
The motor is a 1 HP, 1750 RPM ODP unit equipped with a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
