This in-line pump has a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. It uses a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This hydraulic configuration handles system temperatures up to 250°F. The 2" suction and 2" discharge ports facilitate fluid movement through the 7.9" nominal diameter impeller. The standardized cartridge construction allows for shared service components across similar units.
This unit has a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
