This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections with a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly resides within the unit, which isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures and shares common components across the product line. The pump includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, supporting fluid temperatures up to 300°F. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements while allowing for consistent service practices within the piping system.
The unit operates with a 3/4 HP motor at 1750 RPM, equipped with an ODP enclosure and a 115/230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
