This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket uses cast iron. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a silicon carbide stationary seat, carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers for fluid temperatures reaching 300°F. The replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures and uses permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements for long-term service.
The 1 1/2 HP motor operates at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure and a 115/230V 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
