This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection. The construction consists of a cast iron casing and bracket with a bronze face plate, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, which allows for operation in fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter fits within a standardized cartridge and seal arrangement to simplify maintenance requirements.
The unit operates with a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
