This in-line pump has a stainless steel casing and impeller, paired with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The rotating assembly uses a stainless steel shaft supported by a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. This internal configuration isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit connects via 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, while a 4.75" nominal diameter impeller moves the process fluid. The internal mechanical seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers.
This pump has a 1/2 HP capacity for 48 frame motor mounting. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
