This in-line pump has a 1 1/2-inch suction and 1 1/2-inch discharge, paired with companion flanges for system integration. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.35-inch impeller. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel construction, complemented by a cupro-nickel shaft sleeve. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the components from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, allowing for operation at fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies ongoing maintenance requirements.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP enclosure motor operating on 115/230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
