This in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, combined with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and a stainless steel face plate. The unit is equipped with a replaceable bearing cartridge that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. Fluid containment is managed by a mechanical seal assembly, which includes a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles system temperatures up to 250°F. The cartridge design allows for common service components, and the standardized arrangement of the seal and bearing assembly simplifies maintenance requirements throughout the service life of the unit.
The unit is supplied less motor, with a standard bracket for field installation. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
