This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller. The casing and bracket use cast iron, while the impeller and shaft have stainless steel construction along with a bronze face plate. The pump uses a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, rated for 250°F. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings to isolate the assembly from system fluid temperatures.
The unit has a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM motor in an ODP enclosure, configured for a 200V, 3PH power supply and mounted on a 143/145 frame. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
