This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and a 2-inch discharge with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter. The construction uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, paired with a cast iron bracket and bronze wear ring. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, which sustains operating fluid temperatures up to 250°F. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the ball bearings from the system fluid and includes permanently sealed, grease-lubricated components. This standardized cartridge construction simplifies maintenance requirements across the installation.
The motor has 1 HP, 1750 RPM, and an ODP enclosure with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
