This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection, built with a 6.90" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and stainless steel face plate. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, while the mechanical seal assembly has a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This unit handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and includes a standardized cartridge design to simplify maintenance requirements.
The pump uses a 2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
