This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge connections along with a 6.35" nominal impeller. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a bronze wear ring. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly, which houses permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings to isolate the assembly from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The pump uses a foot-mounted 56 frame configuration to maintain alignment within the piping system.
The motor is a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC unit operating on 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. By way of a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
