This in-line pump has a 2" suction and a 2" discharge connection. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the impeller and shaft include stainless steel components. The assembly uses a replaceable bearing cartridge that isolates the internal bearings from system fluid temperatures. This unit includes a mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, allowing for fluid temperatures up to 300°F. A 6.15" nominal impeller diameter moves process fluid through the system.
The motor has 3/4 HP at 1750 RPM, with an ODP enclosure and a 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
