This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection. It uses a cast iron casing combined with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. The internal assembly includes a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter and a replaceable bearing cartridge. This assembly contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolate the rotating components from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, paired with a stainless steel shaft for corrosion resistance. The unit is built with a cast iron bracket for mounting in 143 and 145 frame configurations, allowing for stable foot-mounted installation.
The pump operates on a 2 HP, 1750 RPM standard efficiency motor with an ODP enclosure, powered by 200V, 60Hz, 3PH electrical supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
