This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter. Stainless steel construction forms the casing and impeller, while the unit uses a cast iron bracket with a bronze wear ring. A stainless steel shaft rests within a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. This assembly isolates the bearings from fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The mechanical seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers to manage the seal point.
The pump includes a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor wired for 115/208-230/60/1 power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
