This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections with a 4.75" nominal impeller. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, while a bronze wear ring manages internal clearances. A mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers isolates system fluids from the motor. This construction supports fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The pump is equipped with a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. This standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance.
The pump uses a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC 48 frame motor operating at 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
