This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection. The unit uses a stainless steel casing, impeller, and shaft, combined with a cast iron bracket featuring a stainless steel face plate. The pump includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. It uses a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The 6.15-inch nominal diameter impeller sits within this construction, which meets NSF-61 requirements for water systems. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies routine maintenance.
The pump operates with a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficiency TEFC motor on a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
