This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge configuration with a 6.35" nominal impeller. The pump uses stainless steel for both the casing and impeller, while the bracket is cast iron and equipped with a bronze wear ring. The assembly includes a replaceable bearing cartridge and a stainless steel shaft to isolate internal components from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, which allows for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements.
The unit has a 1/2 HP motor running at 1750 RPM within a TEFC enclosure, operated by a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
