This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket consists of cast iron. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures reaching up to 250°F. This cartridge contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings for rotational support. The fluid path includes a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers.
The 1 1/2 HP motor operates at 1750 RPM and has a TEFC enclosure, compatible with a 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
