This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections paired with a 4.75" nominal impeller. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket combined with a stainless steel impeller and shaft, while the bracket includes a bronze face plate. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a Sealide silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, which handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings that isolate the bearing assembly from system fluid temperatures. The standardized cartridge construction allows for common service components across the installation.
The motor operates at 1/3 HP and 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure powered by 115/60/1 V. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
