This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge configuration with a 6.40-inch nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, and face plate use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and a cupro-nickel shaft sleeve. An alloy steel shaft supports the rotating assembly, while a mechanical seal assembly composed of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers maintains pressure containment at temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings to isolate the assembly from system fluid temperatures.
This unit uses a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor combined with a 115/230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
