This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge configuration. The unit consists of a stainless steel casing, impeller, and shaft, paired with a cast iron bracket that includes a stainless steel face plate. Inside, the pump has a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, which allow for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. A 6.35" nominal impeller diameter supports hydraulic performance. The standardized cartridge design keeps the unit simple to service with common components used throughout the line.
The motor has a 3/4 HP capacity, operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
