This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge with a 7.10-inch nominal diameter impeller. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel construction. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from the system fluid temperature. The unit functions at temperatures up to 250°F. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, which, combined with the standardized cartridge construction, simplifies maintenance requirements.
The motor has 1 HP and operates at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
