This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. Stainless steel construction comprises the casing and impeller, while the bracket is cast iron and the wear ring uses bronze. A stainless steel shaft supports the rotating assembly within a replaceable bearing cartridge. The pump includes a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, accommodating fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The cartridge isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, creating a cooler-running arrangement that simplifies maintenance.
The motor is 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC, running on 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
