This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections along with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket is cast iron with a stainless steel face plate. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The pump uses a mechanical seal assembly composed of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This configuration is rated for a maximum fluid temperature of 250°F and complies with NSF-61 standards. The standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies routine maintenance requirements.
This pump includes a 1/2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, powered by a 200-230/460V, 3PH electrical supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
