This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports paired with a 6.35" nominal impeller. The unit consists of a cast iron casing and bracket, a stainless steel impeller and shaft, and a bronze face plate. A mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers regulates fluid containment at temperatures reaching 250°F. The assembly includes a replaceable bearing cartridge that isolates the grease-lubricated ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. This standardized cartridge construction allows common service components throughout the assembly.
The 3/4 HP motor operates at 1750 RPM within a TEFC enclosure and is powered by a 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH electrical supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
