This in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge connections along with a 6.15" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller. The pump casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the stainless steel shaft works with a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. It includes a mechanical seal assembly with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers for operation at 250°F. The standardized cartridge design simplifies maintenance requirements by allowing common service components throughout the assembly.
The pump motor has 1/2 HP at 1750 RPM, a TEFC enclosure, and operates on 115/208-230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
