This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge ports for hydraulic connections. The unit includes a 4.75" nominal diameter impeller housed within a stainless steel casing. Stainless steel construction also extends to the impeller and the shaft, combined with a cast iron bracket containing a stainless steel face plate. Inside the pump, a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly holds permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolate internal components from system fluid temperatures. The pump includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This standardized arrangement simplifies field maintenance requirements and allows for common service components throughout the unit.
This unit arrives without a motor but includes a long bracket for external motor mounting. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
