This in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge ports with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel construction. This unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, which contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. A Type 21 mechanical seal assembly sits between the casing and the rotating components, which has a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and uses a standardized cartridge arrangement to simplify maintenance.
The motor has a 1 1/2 HP rating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and operates on 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
