This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections paired with a 4.75" nominal diameter impeller. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, while a bronze wear ring resides within the assembly. A mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers manages fluid containment at temperatures up to 250°F. The pump includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates these components from the system fluid. This standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements across the unit.
The unit has a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor for 115/208-230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
