This in-line pump has a cast iron casing, stainless steel impeller, and cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.35-inch nominal diameter impeller and a stainless steel shaft, coupled with 1 1/2-inch suction and discharge connections. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, while the mechanical seal assembly contains a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles system fluid temperatures reaching 250°F. The pump assembly comes with a 2-inch flange set for standard integration into existing piping loops.
The pump has a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM motor housed in a TEFC enclosure, compatible with a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
