This in-line pump consists of a stainless steel casing, impeller, and shaft, combined with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. It houses a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the internal components from system fluid temperatures. The unit manages fluid temperatures up to 250°F and includes a Type 21 mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge unit uses a 6.15-inch nominal impeller diameter to facilitate hydraulic movement. The replaceable bearing cartridge contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which simplifies long-term service requirements across the product line.
The pump operates with a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure, powered by 115/208-230V 1PH electrical supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
