This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections along with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The construction consists of stainless steel for the casing and impeller, while the bracket uses cast iron and the wear ring uses bronze. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit uses a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers to handle fluid temperatures reaching 250°F. The stainless steel shaft sits within the cartridge, paired with these internal components to maintain operational alignment.
The unit has a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor, operating on 115/230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
